Three Oaks Hopsice is the gold standard of hospice care. Very professional and well staffed with a team of committed personnel. Three Oaks Hospice Care is a total 5 star rating for me! The care my mom received was wonderful. She had a wound and Nicole , her hospice nurse, took such great care of her. Kristina, mom’s aide, also provided wonderful care and attention with a fun and gracious attitude. I also had excellent communication with Ashleigh, my community liaison! Whatever the need was Three Oaks was there to help and guide me. Just amazing care and I’m so grateful.
