As a RN myself for more than 20yrs, I unfortunately had to deal with an unprofessional nurse with this company that got involved with family dynamics and was unprofessional. It made a difficult situation even more difficult with family members death they were caring for being imminent, creating more drama. Would NOT recommend this agency! Also on a side note I saw they snooped around my LinkedIn profile which was none of their business. So many boundaries were crossed with this agency.
It takes a lot for me to give a business 5 stars and if I could give them 10 stars I would!! They are one of the most outstanding facilities I have ever had the pleasure of being in! We lost my mom recently. I truly don't know how we could have gotten through every moment without every nurse and doctor at The hospice of East Texas! They were so compassionate, caring, friendly and clean! They took such good care of my mom and each one of us. If there was ever a place where you have to make a choice to be to say goodbye this is the place to choose! On behalf of myself and my entire family we will forever be greatful to The Hospice of East Texas!
