Bertha Gutierrez was my Physical Therapist in 2024; she was wonderful. Unfortunately, I needed physical therapy again this year, but I got lucky because Bertha is still with Tender Care. She is a talented professional who reads the body to determine what is needed to function at its optimum ability. She knows how to turn a home into her therapy center, creating chairs, the staircase and the kitchen sink (etc.) Into equipment. She is always very pleasant and positive; she is a joy.

There are not enough stars to truly rate the care and compassion I received from Veronique Love. She is the kind of nurse every patient hopes to have — someone who goes far beyond the expectations of her role and treats you like a person, not just a patient. Veronique’s kindness, professionalism, and dedication shine through in everything she does. She takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and supported. Her genuine compassion and positive attitude can make even the hardest days a little easier. A great nurse does more than provide medical care — they provide reassurance, encouragement, and hope.
