It was a nightmare with this company. They do not do what they say they will do. 2 weeks and they couldn’t get the correct supply ordered. We ended in the emergency room to get treatment because they had no supplies or solutions available. Jennifer is totally unprofessional when answering calls, visiting or giving instructions to nurses. They will do the minimum to keep you with them so they can get paid without doing the work they should be doing. You have options and changing Agency/company is your right when they do not provide the service that they are hired to do. No one should experience what we have with this company, It’s hard enough losing a loved one.
if i could leave a zero i would. it’s been one month, two weeks since my dad died. we called and called and called and called. no one ever picked up or called back the night my dad died. i’m taking this straight off their website “We have on-call Nurses that are readily available to assist you whenever an emergency arises.”. no one came until after my dad had been declared dead and even then it took them a while. if you love your loved one. this is not the place for you.
These people are kind, caring, and honest. End of life care is hard to face, but they helped our family through to the other side of it. Thankful for your services.
