Words can't describe how out of this world this company is! SERIOUSLY! LOOK NO FURTHER! Everyone affiliated with this company surpassed my expectations. This company truly cares about each and every person they provide care for. They are not desensitized as many hospice and homehealth places show in their work performace. Listen, my father was 92 when I contracted Serenity and Grace hospice. I was in a desperate situation trying to rescue my father from inept hospital workers. The owner/s made time to hear my heart's cry and my father's needs. I had insurance issues and together we found a solution that would work for my father. From the beginning, I knew this was much more than a business venture, there was and is a true burning desire to show God's love and compassion and be tools of comfort and healing for their patients and the family of the patient. Like I said, words can't describe what I experienced in their care. I was with another company for a bit, because my dad needed blood, but even with the blood transfusions they offered and with Dr.s orders; they did not achieve nor deliver what was expected of them. I pleasantly went back with Serenity and that blood my dad needed became something though attainable with another company not worth the degree of inferior care that came with it. Hear me. the quality of Serenity and Grace's care was better than the blood my father needed in the bigger picture. Serenity and Grace has a team that love and respect each other and it flows to the patients. They were prompt, on time, thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, professional and beyond. They listen deeply. In retrospect. It's crazy and befuddling the difficult decision I had to make leaving a company that offered blood to one that did not. Although, my dad needed blood he didn't need the inferior care: no call backs for days, no communication between staff, and incomplete services even with Dr's orders. He would never improve that way it was all too obvious. It became an issue of wanting true care and comfort regadless of the blood. We needed serenity and grace and God sent a hospice and homehealth called Serenity and Grace. Thanks team Serenity and Grace. The true blood was working through your vessels! The blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. It manifested through all the staff. Eternally grateful 🙏
My brother in law went into hospice with another provider set up by the hospital. We were highly disappointed in the level of care and quickly sought out the services of Serenity and Grace Hospice Care. Their exemplary level of care for my brother in law and our family during the most difficult time gave us all comfort. And, most importantly, brought peace to my brother in law, especially in his final hours of need. We will always appreciate John and Margarita who have become an extended part of our family. I highly recommend anyone seeking elderly or hospice care to contact Serenity and Grace.
Serenity and Grace has an amazing team. I’m grateful for the care and support prior to my Dad’s death. We have continued trust in them and feel blessed to have them currently providing care for our mother. If you are considering hospice services for your loved ones, give them a call. They are very thorough at explaining hospice care.
