When my mother entered hospice care, we were overwhelmed with emotion and uncertainty. From the very first visit, the team at Rejoice Hospice brought peace into our home. The nurses were not only skilled and attentive, but also deeply compassionate. They treated my mother with dignity and respect, always explaining her care plan clearly and involving us in every decision. The chaplain visited and offered comfort that went beyond words. The social worker helped us navigate difficult conversations and even arranged for a final family gathering that meant the world to us. My mother passed away peacefully, surrounded by love, and I truly believe that was possible because of the support we received. Hospice is never easy—but Graceful Endings made it meaningful. I will forever be grateful for their care."

Honestly, 1 star rating is much too generous for this company. Based on my experiences, I would NEVER recommend anyone use the services of this company. Although every nurse was highly professional and caring, turnover was extremely high such that my family had 4-5 nurses over 5 months. We experienced so much frustration and confusion with the office and learned that the administrator was unhappy in his position and didn't do his job. We heard that his daughter was allowed to hang out in the office and sometimes fixed the copier, which had us wondering if she was HIPAA trained as she likely saw confidential information about the company's clients. The administrator also allowed the chaplain to run the office and she did a horrible job not only as administrator but also as chaplain. In her role as chaplain, she failed to provide comfort to my family, was a horrible listener and talked too much without saying anything important or helpful. She said several times that she would visit my family but failed to do so; we also informed her that she wasn't welcome (due to the issues we were experiencing with her). Also, the night nurse (on call) made a significant medical error at one point and, after I questioned him, did admit to this but only indirectly.

Our family experienced the compassionate care of Rejoice Hospice during our loved one's final days, and we couldn't be more grateful. The staff was incredibly supportive, providing not only medical care but also emotional and spiritual support. They made sure our loved one was comfortable and respected, and they were always available to answer our questions and provide guidance. The bereavement support offered to our family has been invaluable, helping us navigate through this difficult time with care and understanding. We highly recommend Rejoice Hospice to anyone in need of hospice care.
