I had a very disappointing experience at Reeves Regional Rural Health Clinic. The front desk employee, Esther, was extremely unprofessional and made what should have been a simple follow-up appointment unnecessarily frustrating. I was initially told there was an appointment available the next day. Moments later, I was told there were no appointments until much later. When I asked about the appointment that had just been offered, I was told it was because of my insurance, but then that explanation seemed to change again. I left without any clear understanding of what was actually going on. Even more concerning was the customer service. Throughout the interaction, Esther appeared distracted, spent time looking at her phone, and did not seem interested in helping me. I had to ask multiple times just to get her name, and I never felt like my concerns or questions were taken seriously. I understand that scheduling can be complicated and that mistakes happen. However, patients deserve clear communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, I experienced none of those during my visit. I hope clinic management reviews both the scheduling process and the level of customer service being provided at the front desk so future patients are treated with the respect and attention they deserve.

This hospital needs to be out of business very old fashioned equipment and the staff don’t know what they are doing they took blood from my arm one time back in 2013 and they used glass container like whatttt 😮

I was admitted here. I had the best experience during a difficult time. The nursing staff and Doctor Khan was so helpful, informative and caring. They helped me get better and gave me a good regimen. The entire hospital was very clean. I highly recommend Reeves regional health.
