ExcelaCare Hospice - Midland

I wholeheartedly wish that we had read the reviews on this non compassionate, unprofessional organization. The support that they speak about in the beginning, is not given, and when you call with a serious concern, they do not show up. It’s horrendous! They do not take accountability and try to blame the family for their lack of service. The Pecos County Home Hospice program came in and did an amazing job at keeping my mother comfortable and did what Interim was incapable of doing…to have genuine compassion for the patient and the family during the most difficult time of our lives.

Everyone here was so helpful and caring. Truly amazing staff. Whatever my grandfather needed they made sure he got it. They made him as comfortable as possible and were always available day or night.

I would not recommend this organization to anyone who’s looking for compassionate, professional care for your loved one. My sister and I got one helluva sales job from these people. They don’t care about anything except signing people up for hospice care so they can collect the money from Medicare. Mother was a resident at Ashton Medical in Midland, Tx and when she passed the nurse went there and pronounced her and that was the end of that. No phone call expressing condolences, no card, not even a thank you for trusting your loved one to our care. If you are seeking hospice care for your loved one don’t call Interim.
