Recently completed my home therapy after total knee replacement surgery. I am so fortunate that Dario Fernandez was my therapist. Not only was he the ultimate professional but he also showed great compassion and understanding. He knows how to motivate and encourage his patients. He makes it a point to point out all positive progress and helps eliminate negative thoughts. Not only is he an awesome therapist but a great person as well.

Provista Healthcare was fantastic. Had my at home PT set up before my hip replacement. Dario was so understanding and encouraging. He always assured my comfort. Did so good that two weeks after surgery I could walk without a walker or cane. Went to outside PT and they were shocked. Said I was so lucky to have had such a wonderful at home PT. Can't thank Dario enough. Thank u all so much.

My experience with Provista Healthcare was outstanding! They had quick response back to me to help set-up home care PT service. I had home PT service with Dario-PT Director and he was the best! He is a kind, caring person. He made sure after each exercise we did at our sessions, he made sure I had videos of them to help me remember each one. I had septic that went to my knee along with having a partial quad and partial hamstring. He was there to help me with my stiff knee with all his exercises he provided. When I first started with Dario it was hard for me to move my knee without pain. I started with 40% percent mobility. When my PT sessions sadly ended with Dario I was able to have 75% mobility, able to walk up and down stairs, and complete my exercises so much better without pain! I highly recommend Dario for PT help. He is definitely the right person to request for your physical therapy service.
