I called Ms Lee Bowles with Living Waters Hospice on a recent Monday morning and she worked tirelessly to get my husband home by that same evening. She met us personally at Baylor St Luke's Downtown Houston within an hour of me calling. She thoroughly explained everything to me and rapidly completed arrangements for the necessary medical equipment & medication to be delivered to our home. Ms. Lee arranged the ambulance ride home and met us there personally. The next morning Ms. Cleo came to completely & respectfully bathe my husband. She washed his hair, shaved his face, and thoroughly applied lotion. Additionally the Case Manager & Nurse came later. They made sure we had every supply we needed. They explained what I needed to know. They were friendly, efficient, & very professional. Every staff member communicated with us quickly & regularly. I never had to wait for a reply. They honored every request I made without question. My husband has passed away. He was given the utmost respect & compassion by all of Living Waters Hospice staff. Ms. Lee Bowles was an absolute Angel to us. She made a difficult & painful process bearable & worry-free with her efficiency & extreme care. I definitely recommend Living Waters Hospice to anyone who needs this service. They are big enough to meet every need, yet small enough to seem like a friend. Blessings! Charleen Abbott

My father was with them for almost two years. We started there after strokes left him unable to walk, with post stroke dementia and unable to take care of himself and ended on hospice care with his leaving earth peacefully. The care givers were kind, helpful, and attentive. Miss Lee and her staff are a rare find and are gems. As always, the more visits one gives, usually will equate to better care and better quality of life for your loved one. This team makes it easier. Our family felt comfortable visiting and it has a family like feel. The hospice nurses and care givers are incredibly full of heart. After my experience with my Dad, I would go there if I was in that state of need.
