Lifted Hospice - Plano

We are incredibly grateful we found Lifted Hospice during one of the hardest moments of our lives. We spoke with multiple hospice services, and from the very first interaction, Lifted stood out for their compassion, responsiveness, and deep understanding of cancer care. Melodie Tubbs, BSN, RN, went above and beyond. She came late in the evening to explain everything with care and patience, knowing how critical my dad’s condition was. Early the next morning, she personally made sure all paperwork, medications, oxygen, and essential supplies were processed and delivered within just a few hours. That level of urgency and follow-through gave our family immediate peace of mind. Our assigned nurse, Tiffany Rowbotham, RN, has been exceptional. Even with a busy schedule, she arrived within an hour of being notified. She took her time assessing my dad, never rushed, and calmly explained things multiple times to different family members. Most importantly, she made sure my mom felt supported and comfortable. Her presence alone brought reassurance during an overwhelming time. We also learned about the heart behind Lifted Hospice. The founder, Chris Jones, started this organization after his own father’s experience with hospice care. That passion is clearly reflected in the way the team operates. His values still guide the company, and it shows in the genuine care provided to both patients and families. Watching a loved one go through this stage of life is never easy, but Lifted Hospice has brought us clarity, comfort, and trust when we needed it most. This is a God-blessed organization. I can say with complete confidence that if you or your loved one needs hospice care, Lifted Hospice will truly show up and care with heart, dignity, and professionalism. Since meeting Mindy Doolittle and our experience with Lifted Hospice, I cannot say enough about her genuine care, expertise and heart for all the lives she touches! She has been 2nd to none as the special angel we has touched our lives! And upon experiencing Lifted first hand for my mother's care, I have been most impressed with everyone: from the one who answers the phone to the nurses, CNA's, supervisors, and social worker assigned to us. The cheerful attitude, the response time, and the followups have been what every business should strive to be. Very professional, very responsive, competent, caring and supportive to me and my mother's needs. I have been a caregiver for 12 years as an only child and now, I truly feel like I'm not alone in this journey and feel most grateful that Lifted and it's team exist especially in today's society when companies are not always this consistent.
