La Diferencia Hospice

It’s been 7 months since my mom passed away. It occurred to me that I never expressed my gratitude in a review. So here it is: the level of care and attention shown to my mama was as if they were providing care to their loved one. At every level of service, from the intake, delivery of supplies/equipment, whether administratively or in the delivery of care, my mother and our family was treated with dignity and compassion… even after her passing. Services do not end abruptly when the patient dies, they still reach out and provide bereavement care services for a full year after your loved one’s passing. This is not a global corporation, but a locally-owned organization with deep roots in San Antonio who embody their motto, “de aquí, para ti.” 🤍🕊️🤍
