Kinder Hearts Hospice - Abilene

These Nurses and Therapists were very good with my mother. I only have one complaint. One of the Nurses was;; feeding my cats; I told her not to Feed My Cats they are fed twice a day. She continued feeding my cats and proceeded to tell my Mother," I don't care what she says" I'm feeding them anyway and laughed. So unfortunately if they have to come back for my mother she will not be allowed on my property per any reason. You're Nurses are paid to tend to Human Clients not ignore rules of the family's animals. This was very unprofessional and rude not to mention uncouth of your companies Nurse. Otherwise Mother's Care was excellent.

The consciousness and kindness that presented by all of the staff were so beneficial to my recovery. Special thanks to Russell for his consistent encouragement to strive for more, but a clear understanding of my limitations.

Excellent, knowledgeable care provided. They were responsive to my questions and proactively communicated appointments but always checked with me first to confirm my availability. Extremely polite and professional - would definitely choose them again!
