After a long illness and declining health, my father passed away on Friday. He was in our home and under Hospice care. Hospice Plus in Waxahachie, TX was the best care I could have ever wished for. Every nurse, aide and administrator were always available, personal and became part of our family. They truly care about every family member, not just the patient. My father loved every person that cared for him. We never felt alone because there was always a Hospice worker to assist us. They are truly angels. Thank you so much for your love and support.

Hospice Plus - Waxahachie was a Godsend to my family over the last year as they cared for my father! I had such a deep misunderstanding of hospice care when it was recommended to my family to place dad in their care. Before placing dad in their care I always thought hospice was just for those in their final days only. The Hospice Plus team took excellent care of dad for the final 13 months of his life. The constant communication with my family and them guiding us in shaping the plan of making sure his final time on earth would be as peaceful as possible. We could never thank Jessica our Case Manager enough for her constant guidance and keeping us on plan every day and every step of the way till his last day! Jessica's knowledge and ability go unmatched. She was always able to answer our hard questions along the way with honesty but with compassion! Joelle and Heather were always there for the additional support along the journey and were always there when we needed them. The ultimate angel of the group though was Jackie, dad's caregiver! God truly planted an Angel on earth when he put her in our life! We could never repay Jackie enough for her compassion and care for dad over the last 13 months. Appearance and cleanliness were important to dad and Jackie always hit the mark and had him ready to start each day looking sharp! God bless this lady! Lastly, the Chaplain and Ken (dad's volunteer) always brought so much joy to dads day when they visited him! These peoples make the hard look easy! Truly Servants of God! Until dads last day this incredible team provided my dad the best possible care and we never once felt they weren't doing what was best for him and our family! There's not enough words I can say, but I want to give them the ultimate THANK YOU!! If your family is looking for Hospice Care, I truly can't recommend Hospice Plus-Waxahachie enough! They not only helped us through a difficult time, but also blessed our life during this journey! Seeing their giving spirit to our loved one made it easier on us knowing he had the best care possible! If I could give more than 5-Stars to Hospice Plus - Waxahachie I would! The best in the business!

After 2 previous bad experiences with hospice providers, I finally found the right fit with Hospice Plus. Morgan, Heather, Shannon, Jessica, and Melissa and others made my dad's last months as comfortable as possible. Thank you guys so much. They let me go on and on about memories of my dad. They didn't just help him, they helped our whole family.
