Main Reason for 2 stars..from start everything was great.Service is good.nice people...Here is the main reason..Chaplin came on Friday the12th,seen my father in laws health is declining so he set his baptism a few days later which is Sunday. He is getting baptized in a working hot tube at 3pm on Sunday. We send out the invites ,setup food catering..Well Sunday the 14th about 1230pm he calls and says it will be too cold to do the baptism. We expressed our concern that we have everyone coming and food being catered...He did not seem concerned and canceled..Luckily we found someone to come out last minute to do the service on this very important event..I do not understand how a chaplin can do this to a family. Very disappointed and also asked us to show grace to the chaplin because he is new..We did switch services after this took place and reported to the Texas board..Make sure everyone files a complaint with texas board if you have a any issues with any hospice services. It may help correct the problem for the next patient..
Thank you soooooo much for caring for my step dad. Though he was difficult to deal with, the nurses and nurse practitioner were loving, patient and compassionate. When he passed after midnight, the beautiful nurses at Hospice Plus hugged me and held my hand through the dying process. I love the Hospice Plus nurses; they were a wonderful blessing during this very difficult time. Words cannot effectively describe the love shown by those ladies! ❤️
On the behalf of the Lukasak’s we appreciate Morgan and Crystal for their outstanding support on my father in law final days. These lady’s went above and beyond to take care of not just him but our family too. I would recommend Hospice Plus 1000 times. Thank you ladies for all your support through this tough time.
