They always ready to work and care for mom. People like Stephanie Allen who brought the program to our family and is always checking on our family. People such as Jewel the nurse aid , nurse Rn Kelsi and also the nurse Rn Laura. These three ladies come daily or three days a week to make sure your mom is cleaned, her health is great and she is comfortable. Molly come in to recertify mom every three months and also make sure she’s has everything she needs. Andranika the social worker comes to make sure everything is taken care all arrangements for mom and the family. To go over anything the family needs to know and how to do things. Pastor Leo comes to read the scripture with mom and also pray with mom. This team is always open to communicate with us as a family to help give our mom the best services. They show that they care and will work with us as a family to make mom as the best care.
My mom has been receiving care from Hospice Plus. She has the best Aide, Stephanie Allen. Stephanie engages my mom in conversation and is gentle with her. She does an excellent job with my mom and will let me know if she sees anything unusual that I should be aware of. Also, The Nurse, Cindy that is assigned to mom is great just as Stephanie is. Cindy is very personable. She makes sure my moms meds are right and she consults with the doctor when necessary regarding my moms healthcare. She has had several different Chaplins, but all have been great. They sang with her, read scriptures, and pray with and for her. Thank you Hospice Plus.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hospice Plus and especially Nurse Grace Torn. She is truly an angel in disguise, a caring, loving, thorough, and attentive professional who wears an S on her chest like the superhero she is! From the very first interaction, Nurse Grace provided compassionate care with an unmatched level of dedication. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and ensures that not only the patient but also the family feels supported and informed. Her warmth, expertise, and gentle nature bring so much comfort in difficult times. Beyond Nurse Grace, Hospice Plus as a company is simply amazing. They care deeply for the well-being of their patients and families, going above and beyond to provide not just medical care but also emotional and spiritual support. They are truly a God-sent organization, helping families navigate such a life-altering experience with grace, dignity, and compassion. If you’re looking for hospice care that prioritizes love, dignity, and professionalism, I highly recommend Hospice Plus—especially Nurse Grace!
