This place is a disgrace. Never use them to care for your loved ones. They came to hospital where my Mom was to help us receive hospice in patient. Carol the lady they sent was unsympathetic about our situation. Totally threw the Case Manager under the bus that was helping us from the hospital. Call Case Manager a liar. Suggested to confront Case Manger in my Mom's room while she's laying there trying to breath. The most despicable display of a Hospice Nurse imaginable.
The Hospice Plus team did an incredible job with my mom. They were all kind, caring and supportive. I highly recommend them.
I can’t say enough good things about the team that cared for my mom the last year and a half. They were loving, patient and good listeners because there were some hard times dealing with dementia where me as the caregiver needed support. I want to send special thanks to Sherry, Nettie, Amanda and the chaplain. The loving kindness will never be forgotten.
