I have had the pleasure of working with Concho Hearts Hospice for the past two years, and my experience has been nothing but positive. During this time, I have collaborated with their team on numerous social events, family nights, and physical activities. Each interaction has reflected their genuine compassion, professionalism, and dedication to the people they serve. The Concho Hearts team consistently brings smiles, comfort, and a sense of joy into our community the moment they walk through our doors. They truly feel like an extension of our family always supportive, caring, and present when it matters most. We are incredibly grateful for all that they do and are proud to have them not only as trusted partners, but also as friends and a comforting shoulder to lean on.

When my husband was being discharged from MD Anderson in Houston, we needed to find a hospice provider in College Station. I was handed a list of providers and immediately started to research the google reviews. It's difficult to make a choice when you have a seriously ill loved one. I'm so thankful that we chose Hospice Brazos Valley. The care and attention that we received went above and beyond what I could have expected. This team of nurses, including Dr. Higgenbotham, were excellent. I never had to make one trip to the pharmacy...they brought everything needed as they adjusted medications to keep my husband comfortable. Dr. Higgenbotham is one phone call away and answers his nurses as soon as they call...each and every time. If I could give Hospice Brazos Valley a hundred star review I would.
