Melissa Hernandez, the nurse, is extraordinary! Highly knowledgeable , she knows her stuff. When advice given, TAKE IT! NOT A DISAPPOINTMENT
This has to be one of the worst hospice companies I have ever seen. They are disorganized and extremely rude!! They are unreliable and have no compassion for their patients. Hospice is supposed to make the end days the best for their client and their family. They were messy never on time!! The delayed medications and even let them run out. Leaving the patient in pain.
