Harbor Hospice - Rockport

Harbor Hospice in Rockport, Texas will always hold a special place in my heart. This is where my dad spent his final hours, and I will forever be grateful for the love, compassion, and dignity he was shown. Carmen, Marthala, and Jessica were truly angels. They cared for my dad as if he were their own family — gentle, patient, and kind every single moment. They made sure he was comfortable, and they also took care of us — offering comfort, reassurance, and understanding when we needed it most. Even in the hardest moments, they brought peace to our hearts. The entire team created an atmosphere of warmth and respect that helped us say goodbye with grace and love. Thank you, Harbor Hospice, for helping my dad leave this world surrounded by care and kindness. I will never forget what you did for him — and for us.

Harbor Hospice and their amazing staff took great care of my grandmother before she passed. You can tell they care about their patients and their families. The main lady (I think she's the administrator) was really wonderful to work with, and went above and beyond to ensure all of our questions and concerns were answered. She treated my grandma like she was her own grandmother.

I recently had my Grandmother on services and the entire process of getting her transitioned over to hospice from the hospital setting was seamless. Everyone worked hard to ensure the transition was smooth and everything was taken care of immediately, which alleviated so much off my family. We were unsure if we were going home vs. the Portland unit and both settings were ready for us right away. I appreciated the compassion and professionalism received during the entire process from everyone. Thank you so much.
