I'm really thankful with so much gratitude towards Harbor Hospice. For three years Harbor Hospice cared so well for my wonderful wife, Maria Rivas, from maintaining her body temperatures to her bowel movements... Extending my wife's life three more years and living it comfortable and pain free. Two different occasions my wife bounced right up from the faces of death without medication or special equipment, Just loving tender care and professional training from Heavenly Hospice Agency which has earned its name with Angel like Nurses and CNA and the entire staff which make a big difference in professional team work... As I said, Harbor Hospice extended my wife's happiness for an amazing three more years which I'm so grateful for the love and compassion you showed my adorable wife.
I'm not sure how this company has 5 stars if we had the worst experience with them. My dad was on hospice only for 5 days and we had no kind of support from them at all they gave us the meds and said that's what you give him and that's all good bye. I called them a few times to come check on my dad they never came. When my dad's breathing changed I called them to please come by to check his oxygen levels I called them at 12:00pm they said someone will be out shortly they never came until I called them back after 3:00 that my dad had passed away. No kind of compassionate or support. The only thing they did for us was give us a wheelchair, bed and the meds no kind of communication.. Mind you they said we are only a call away Nope they were not. I just want others to know what we as a family went through using this company. I guess they didn't care because my dad only had a few weeks to live who knows but please be aware before you contact this company.
