Our family is deeply grateful for the exceptional hospice care our loved one received. From the very beginning, the team provided not only expert medical support but also genuine compassion, patience, and dignity during such a difficult time. They took the time to understand our loved one’s needs and made sure every moment was as peaceful and comfortable as possible. Their kindness extended to our entire family, offering guidance, reassurance, and heartfelt compassion. We will always remember the respect, warmth, and care they gave in our loved one’s final days.

I want to thank Devoted and all their staff for the wonderful, loving, care and support they are giving our family for my Mother. Even though Mom is in an Assisted Living, she truly needed more medical and personal support as we navigate her aging years. Within minutes of reaching out to Devoted, Syndee had the "wheels rolling" to do an intake evaluation for services. By end of the day, Mom had been seen by an intake RN, Ninfa Hippenstal, who was WONDERFUL with Mom who faces medical, mobility and hearing challenges. In addition to the intake, needed equipment was also delivered within that 1st day. Since then, Ninfa's weekly visits reassure us we are doing all we can to make Mom comfortable and happy during this phase of her/our lives. The twice weekly visits to assist with shower and personal hygiene care has been extremely valuable given Mom's condition. Devoted staff are quick to respond to any inquiries with Mom's ongoing care which brings much needed reassurance to us as family members that we are doing what is best for Mom.
