If I could give 10 stars, I would. The director listened to my story of getting no help from previous hospice company to relieve my mother’s pain. She came out herself at midnight to make sure she got the medical attention she needed. I have dealt with Hospice companies for my family and this one I would say has gone way above and beyond, with so much compassion. I will never be able to thank them enough.
This is an outstanding organization that I deeply recommend. Shauntae, the volunteer coordinator, demonstrates a deep passion for her work, and her dedication is evident in her actions. My volunteer experience was amazing thanks to her support and guidance.
After going through many other aides, we have been so blessed to have Chellie! She is absolutely incredible. Her caring, loving, nurturing personality is beyond what we could ever hope for. Every day she takes care of Mom with care and love, always taking the time to make sure she’s comfortable while cleaning and taking care to keep her skin healthy. She goes above and beyond every single day and we count our blessings to have her taking care of our Mom/Grandma! Thank you SO much Chellie!!!
