I wanted to give a huge thank you to the team at Gentle Transitions Hospice in Garland. Miss Kathy and Miss Diane went above and beyond for me and my sisters during the passing of our father. I personally do not know how I would’ve made it through such a difficult time without them and their constant guidance and reassurance of anything in every question that I possibly had. Thank you so much to the team, including Mr. Story and Melissa and Miss Kathy and Miss Diane who even came to our father‘s celebration of life a month after his passing. Thank you so so much from the bottom of our hearts.
My care team has been beyond exceptional, my nurse Diane. My aide Melissa, social worker Kathy Stephen's, chaplain Denise and 2nd nurse(on call) Beverly. all of them have gone above and beyond and I would highly recommend them and Gentle transitions Hospice if you or a family member needs or is contemplating hospice care they are the ones to call, they are all true professionals and it has been my honor to welcome them as my hospice provider.
I am so blessed to have this wonderful group of people to help me with my terminally ill dad!! It's extremely emotionally painful and mentally draining but they have held my hand and my dad's hand through it all. Nurse Diane, aid Melissa, chaplain Denneice, social worker Kathy and nurse Barbara! All fantastic people who go beyond customer service and have become family to us!! 100% would recommend them!!
