I received a call from a wonderful lady named Belva on Friday evening. My brother had been in another Hospice place and after nine months did not get readmitted, so I was scrambling for a new place. She took all my information and worked through the night and on Saturday had a lady by the name of Helen, who I think is from the Cypress office on Jones Road come out and evaluate him yesterday. She was very nice and I just wanted to say thank you so much to all of you. Thank you for making this journey so much more comforting for us.
Pearl is an amazing asset to this company she adds the G to Gentiva due to her Greatness!!!!!! She takes her time and listens attentively to her client's needs and the provides excellent customer service to everyone who requires her support.
