Destiny answering the phones was very rude and unprofessional. You don't cut someone off when they're speaking to you. If you're so annoyed to have to answer the phone, maybe you shouldn't Be working a front desk.

They don't know what they are doing. A few years ago, they were great. Now, you can't even get an answer on anything. You get pushed in circles and replies are never straight. Not to mention how rude some of these people are. They sound like they hate their jobs. Or I can barely hear them over the phone. Shame, whoever is running it now, is going to finish killing off this company
