We recently had to have hospice services for our beloved family member. From the very start, Concho Hearts provided us the most compassionate and caring staff to introduce the family to the process and benefits of hospice care. From the day she was brought home, the process was fluid. We had everything we needed to make our family member comfortable, BEFORE she arrived from the hospital. All questions answered, telephone numbers provided and communication from Pharmacy, DME, Nurse, Chaplain and Aide was amazing. EVERYONE was kind, professional, and every call or text was answered or returned immediately . ABBY, our aide provided the sweetest care , no rushing, perfect communication and went above and beyond to make sure our entire family was cared for. NINA, nurse extraordinaire, was so kind and compassionate, always available if needed, and made sure to walk us through the process as health changes occurred. Our wonderful family member passed last night, and Nina was there to take care of all details, but most importantly to comfort and care for those left behind. Sincere appreciation for Concho Hearts Hospice, and would recommend them for your family, as they are now apart of ours.

We cannot say enough good things about Concho Hearts Hospice! They have made so many family’s hearts at peace with our patients they care for. I am proud of our Pilot Point Concho Hospice group led by Amy Dorn. She and her team are truly exceptional and I plan to refer to them each time the need arises with our patients.

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section.
