Placing my mom in hospice care just before heading overseas was a total game-changer. I contacted them, and in mere hours, a complete team enrolled her, arranged nurse/doctor visits, and sorted her medications—bypassing all the hassle of coordinating with her facility's staff. It eliminated my role as go-between, making everything effortless. If you're moving a loved one into a care home, pair it with hospice right away—it's seamless, with no out-of-pocket expenses for most medications, equipment (delivered next day at latest), and incontinence supplies (constantly restocked). As a frequent traveler, I love the weekly visitor updates and knowing she's well cared for. Now I just visit, spend quality time loving on her, and enjoy true peace of mind—no more administrative stress. Highly recommend!

Met Amy Dorn during a home health visit for my husband after a surgery Whar an Amazing nurse and caregiver. We were chatting and we mentioned our daughter that had colon cancer. She listened so intently. We knew she was a part of a local hospice. She gave us some great advice and her compassion and concern were exactly what we needed that particular day as we knew what we were facing. She left us a card for Concho Hearts Hospice and she said call if we had more questions or concerns. It was like we made a new family friend. Little did we know that we would need their services sooner than later. When we made the call, she arranged for Brock to come see us that very day. He visited with our daughter and she told him she was ready to start that day. By that evening, we had every supply and med we needed. We had caregivers assigned and they were all wonderful and caring. Having Concho there for the last days with our daughter took so much off our plate so we could concentrate on our short time left with our daughter. We will never forget the night I had to call the nurse. She arrived in the pouring rain and it was like God sent us the angel we needed to help us say goodbye. We could not have done this without Concho Heart Hospice. Highly recommend for anybody needing a hospice service

We cannot say enough good things about Concho Hearts Hospice! They have made so many family’s hearts at peace with our patients they care for. I am proud of our Pilot Point Concho Hospice group led by Amy Dorn. She and her team are truly exceptional and I plan to refer to them each time the need arises with our patients.
