Centric Hospice - Sherman

During our family darkest days, we were bright knowing that Centric Home & Hospice had the reins. Thank goodness the company has two sides to transition, our family member from home health to hospice, both seperated teams were unsurpassed! I have to add a few things that I missed in my prior review, after coming to a 2 month without my husband & thinking back on this process. Amy, being an Army veteran, made my husband so comfortable with having to be under the hospice care, which at first he didn't believe he was sick enough. Amy guided him with grace & introduced his caseworker Melanie and clergy Chris at different times to help thru the process & she knew exactly the stages to help her client to be at ease and have peace of mind which ultimately helped me his spouse. Our professional RN Amy & LVN Jennifer and CNA Vera were the perfect combination to take my husband to his final ❤️ resting of comfort. Watching them take such care on a daily basis was a true peace of mind to me. The weight was lifted, and the support was there all the way. Our family couldn't have made it if we didn't have Centric Home Health & Hospice. The long beginning with the Centric being his third care company was the BEST one of all. The nurses we had RN Charlene and RN Leslie were the perfect Duo to care for all of his chronic health issues and his recovery from surgeries. The on call nurse's stepped in when needed, and that was a relief knowing they had it under control and our concerns above their own even when it was middle of the night or early morning. If we ever need assistance with any of our family medical care at home, the Centric of Sherman is who I would only have in my home. I cannot say enough about the staff at Centric Hospice. From the nursing staff to the liaisons. I have an uncle currently on services and the nurse and aid are amazing! Even working at another nursing facility, I see the staff that comes in, they really care about their patients. The staff is top notch! Marketing to nursing to aids - Five star all the way.

Katie Davis and her team are top notch and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
