Attent Hospice

Farah was always available to answer any questions and she and her staff were very attentive to my mom’s needs. I could tell she/they really cared for her and did everything possible to make her comfortable. I’m very thankful for their knowledge, patience and kindness as they were our first ever experience with hospice.

Farah came into our lives just two weeks before our beloved father, Baba, passed—but in that short time, she became an irreplaceable part of our journey. She wasn’t just a nurse, she was his guardian angel. It truly felt as though he sent her to us, to guide and comfort not just him, but our entire family, especially our mother (Mamu). Farah went above and beyond, visiting Baba multiple times in the hospital and checking in daily. She was incredibly transparent, compassionate, and respectful, always communicating openly with Baba, Mamu, and each of us. She knew exactly what to do and say during moments we didn’t have words for. Her presence brought clarity, peace, and a sense of connection that felt almost spiritual. In our culture, hospice care is often misunderstood or seen as taboo but Farah helped us see the beauty and purpose in it. Because of her, we weren’t left in shock. She gently prepared us for what was coming, emotionally and spiritually, and made the process of letting go of someone we love feel peaceful, natural, and even sacred. Her support allowed us to focus on loving and being present with our father in his final days, rather than being consumed by fear or uncertainty. There truly aren’t enough words—or reviews—to fully express our gratitude. Farah will always hold a special place in our hearts.

I would highly recommend Attent Hospice. Farrah and staff are very professional and compassionate. Always friendly and educating the family every step of the way. They were always here when we needed them. They are very thorough on documenting all conditions and changes of conditions.
