Seem extremely unprofessional. I'd called for information and they were extremely pushy trying to get us to sign up. When i expressed my discomfort with the multitude of calls I was basically told "well if you dont want us to bother you, dont call for information". Person on the phone had a nasty attitude after i didnt show interest.
Send your loved one here if your really don't like them! This is the most uncaring bunch of "carers" I have ever come across in my entire life. They do not care about you, they only care about money, and the nurses and CNA's for the most part are sullen, unhelpful, and frankly will only raise your stress level. Don't use them EVER!
I was so grateful to get to work with Christi with ATEX. She knows her stuff! If there is a family looking for great care and want to support a local company, this is it! Christi’s passion about patient care is contagious and she is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
