What Families Are Saying
Most Recent Reviews
We are extremely disappointed with the care and communication we have experienced from Aspen Hospice and Palliative Care. Communication with our family has been poor from the beginning. The so called hospice Liasion lied to us. After we Question them. They say that that their director Veronica told him to lie to us and push hospice on us. Knowing that we were not ready for hospice. We are often left wondering when an RN will be coming to see our loved one, and because they appear to be relying on agency nurses, there has been little consistency in care. We rarely know who is coming or when, making an already difficult time even more stressful. Hospice care should provide comfort, support, and clear communication for both patients and their families. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Because of these ongoing issues, we are looking into transferring our loved one to another hospice agency. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Aspen Hospice and Palliative Care to families seeking dependable, compassionate hospice services. THIS HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT USE THEM! We have already made a report To the state. We would never recommend this company to anybody else. They lied to us from Of the beginning. If you love your family, do not use this company. Let’s see what the owners have to say……. Waiting. They are responsible for their so called staff. What a joke. I will make it a point to tell everybody I know not to choose Aspen
Aspen Hospice and Palliative Care gave my husband and our family exceptional care during the most difficult time of our lives. From the very beginning, Jay took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and made a very overwhelming process much easier to understand. The nurses were all kind, compassionate, and professional, but I want to give special thanks to Aisha Majeed. She was truly an angel. She came to see my husband in the morning, and when he passed away later that day, she returned immediately. She stayed with me for almost four hours, helping me through every step, making phone calls, handling the necessary arrangements, and simply being there for me until the funeral home arrived. I will never forget her kindness, compassion, and support during the hardest moments of my life. Thank you, Jay, Aisha, and the entire Aspen Hospice team for treating my husband with dignity and for surrounding our family with such love and care. I will be forever grateful.
Mary was incredibly kind, compassionate, and thoughtful while explaining the end-of-life journey to our family. She took the time to speak with clarity and patience, making sure we understood each step without feeling overwhelmed. Her gentle approach and genuine empathy brought us a sense of comfort during a very difficult time. What stood out most was her ability to balance professionalism with heartfelt care. She listened to our concerns, answered every question with honesty, and made sure we felt supported throughout the conversation. Mary’s presence truly made a difference for our family, and we are deeply grateful for her guidance and kindness.
