After a traumatic injury, altruist home Care solutions was there for me. For almost a year, they're devoted nurses changed my dressing and issued PICC line care when necessary. After every surgery, they insured that they were there to help with my healing. The staff was caring and concerned. The office checked on me frequently to ensure that I had everything I needed for the best health outcome. I had a lot of setbacks and it would have been hard without them. Thank you to my nurses then and Miss Young who were always there at the critical points. I will never use another agency if I have a need to use one in the future.

I’ve tried calling them for two days and they’re sending me to voice mail. This company sucks especially the director. I didn’t see a nurse last week we’re now at Friday again and I had a nurse pop up on me abcs she stated, I’ve been trying to call and she only called once. Then she came to tell me that she couldn’t see me today because she left her bag in DeSoto and then asked could she see me tomorrow. I have got to find out how can I report them because they’re a fraud. Do not repeat DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!

Great place and the nurses are great but the one lady name Latorya is rude she dismissed me from there because is had an attitude and so I responded how she did so I just hung up . So I call back to speak to a manager she said she is the manager and supervisor and they don’t have a corporate. Other than her it’s a great place with great nurses. The way you talk to people is the response you’re are going to get .
