⭐️☆☆☆☆ Horrible management and highly unprofessional I would strongly advise both clinicians and patients to stay far away from Altruist Home Health Care. As an employee, getting paid on time is a constant battle. When you call the office to ask about your hard-earned wages, the office manager, Andrea, treats you with an incredibly rude, dismissive attitude—acting as if you are begging for charity instead of asking for your rightful paycheck. For patients and clinicians alike: save yourself the stress. Between the severe lack of professionalism from management and the sketchy financial practices regarding employee pay, this company is not worth the headache. Look elsewhere.
The nurse that did the intake paperwork on Friday called to schedule in home visit for Monday and Wednesday. I called twice and the answer I got was I haven’t forgotten about you. Well you did forget or just chose not to call me. You chose not to send a nurse to me. I live alone and can’t see the back of my head where the incision is to do this properly. The incision isn’t to for a scab. I can’t tell. I am also very concerned about infection. Again I won’t know because I can’t see it. So disappointing!!!!
My daughter has been out the hospital going on two weeks. Hadn’t heard from a nurse. Call them three times finally today February 20 someone calls talking about they coming in at 3 o’clock in the evening that’s unacceptable and I don’t appreciate it and I will be calling my insurance to switch her home Healthcare this is ultimately ridiculous

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section. Listings are paid advertising, not recommendations or endorsements. Families review the information and choose professionals for themselves.
