Allegiance Hospice - Webster

I would love to have been able to write a glowing review, but unfortunately our experience with Allegiance hospice was not good at all. It started out just fine; we loved our nurse Val, who was really the only person we had any kind of regular interaction with. But after a couple of months, services began deteriorating. We went 3 weeks with no communication and without a visit. And then visited by someone new who was not familiar with our case. There were some issues when we tried using respite care and he was not monitored by Allegiance. After returning from respite, we then were visited again by someone new who tried to insert a catheter and had blood erupting all over, only to be told that it was normal. I dont want to air all the horrible details, but just summarize that even discussions with the director brought no immediate resolutions or improvements. Needless to say, I promptly changed hospice providers to IPH. It has been like night and day. I pray no one else has this experience with Allegiance, but just be aware you may have to stay on top of things.

This chapter of life is not easy. Doctors, nurses and everyone in between have been very understanding. But Roxanne went above & beyond with her caring personality. I felt like we were working with family. Highly recommend this place for your loved ones.

Allegiance Hospice is a wonderful company. Nikki, my mother-in-law’s nurse always goes above and beyond to deliver excellent care. She has responded quickly whenever there were concerns. It’s very comforting to know you have someone like Nikki. Alexa, her aid has always been very kind and gentle with her. It’s been a relieved to know my mother-in-law is in good hands with these two ladies. I’m so glad we chose Allegiance.
