Advanced Home Health & Hospice - San Antonio

Wow,hospice, how things have changed… These nurses work so hard and can be very caring. Taking care of my mother for 3 or more years with various medical issues and her dementia. The sweet people who bathed her several times a week. Then when she finally is dying hospice is no where to be seen. She was in terminal agitation for 6 hours before anyone showed up with appropriate meds. She died and I called to let them know. I have not heard from them since. I am very disappointed and sad for these hospice nurses who are burdened with federal regulations and financial repercussions and can not adequately do their jobs..which used to be caring for the dying and their families.

This is the worst company ever to get hospice services for they fill at their service their quality is not there for their patients very bad service Do not put your family with this company they are bad at there service

I want to thank Angela from the bottom of my heart- she was born for this service. She has a gift for dealing with people/families undergoing the stress of losing a loved one. We love her. Maribel and Sheila were also wonderful providers. I cannot recommend this hospice company enough. Angela (RN) was there everyday and at the very end with us. We called at all hours of the day and night and they were always ready with comforting advice or to come over. Again, thank you all so much - we’ll never forget you.
