This company truly cares for people and our suffering by their words and most importantly their actions. From the office staff to the nurses, counselors, technicians, and administration, they are respectful, compassionate, listen well, knowledgeable, not afraid to say “I don’t know, but I will find out”, and the they do find out. They are very responsive. I had answers to my questions within minutes but never longer than 24 hours even on weekends. They helped my father and when it came time for my husband to receive home health care I insisted on Valarian, accepted by most insurance, by the way. They also think through difficulties instead of practicing “cookie cutter” therapy!
