This company doesn’t care about their patients. I know a patient of theirs and the patient needs podiatry because of their long overgrown & thick nails. They “clean the patient up” but at minimum. I understand they are there for the patient but can’t even take out the trash. It’s falling onto the floor & it smells bad. Gnats and flies throughout. The patient barely gets food and they can’t cook so it’s minimal as well. Don’t get me started on the bed. They could do better for caring for this patient.
True heart admissions (Charlotte) was truly a light. She was so kind and real but most of dedicated to her job. She helped my client understand the true meaning of hospice and prepare for the future. What a blessing!
