Trinity Hospice - San Antonio

Unquestionably, the entire Trinity Hospice team are rock-stars!!! During a very difficult time for our family Trinity brought us comfort, clarity, and peace of mind. From Ryan, who guided us through understanding hospice care with patience and empathy to Kristen, our mother’s assigned RN, (who might just be the best Hospice nurse EVER) lead with professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness which made an incredible difference in her care. But we all know it takes a complete team to make things truly spectacular and there was no lacking there from the on-call support staff, who were always available when we needed reassurance or assistance to the DME company and pharmacy that always delivered the right equipment of drugs in timely and professional manner. Someone once said that "it takes a village". Well, Trinity proved just that.

The Trinity Hospice team provided my father and our family with the best care, support, and comfort possible. Many thanks to Stella, Judy, Jorge, and Chaplain Cortinas. Our primary nurse, Monica, is an absolute angel whose kindness and empathy helped us survive this difficult chapter.

Thank you Trinity Hospice! We are incredibly grateful to the entire hospice team for the care they gave my sister in her final weeks. Every single person we encountered showed compassion, patience, and genuine kindness. They made a very difficult time feel more peaceful and manageable, always treating her with dignity and respect while also supporting us (the family) through every step. Nurse Kristen was exceptional and her communication, responsiveness, and excellent medical support means more than I can put into a Google review. Because of Trinity Hospice, my sister was able to spend her final days in comfort and surrounded by excellent care. We will never forget the difference they made in her life and in ours.
