Tranquility Hospice Care

The five stars are for the lovely Gianna A. I believe she is the social worker. I met her in public the other day. I had my mother with me who happens to be nosey and read her name tag. My mother asked her a series of questions about hospice anywhere from why would you ever work there to do you not feel bad ? Gianna handled every question with ease and may have even changed her perspective . While we may not need hospice now or in the future, I would hope someone like Gianna is there when we need it. Thank you Gianna for entertaining a conversation and being so kind to mom, even when she wasn’t nice to you. You make a huge difference in the world and it shows .

I can't say enough good things about Tranquility. After many attempts at rest homes and hospitals I found the most caring people to run across. For me the home care they have given is outstanding. I would use them for any love ones you are a caretaker for.

If I could give Tranquility Hospice more than 5 stars I would. Their care and compassion from the very beginning of my husband's hospice admission was above and beyond. The process and paperwork for his admission was explained very well and completed in a timely manner. His caregivers, from Nurse Ashley, to CNA Brittany and nursing staff at the home office were always immediately responsive any time of day or night. They provided all medications, equipment and supplies appropriate to hospice care, had a Dr. on call to consult with at any time needed. Their kind and compassionate care kept my husband comfortable and feeling well cared for up to the very last day. Chaplain Christy was a valuable member who not only ministered to my husband but enabled our family to be at peace by offering much comfort, wisdom and compassion. The entire Tranquility team works as a smooth team of professionals, and were very sincere and genuine in their care and support. I would recommend them without hesitation and would use them again if the need arose.
