Listen steer clear of this company my mom was patient and the quality of care is garbage for two months we were having issues with her behavior not understanding why or what was wrong they completely forgot her psych meds which ended up being a life or deathe situation where we were all in danger due to the negligence of her nurse I was told it's was my responsibility to check her meds no I trusted her care to you I am not a doctor.tjey don't check records or do follow ups to a patient care An apology is not enough . people trust a hospice company in the time of transition to take care of their family members U failed miserably I hope they close your company down I hurt more than help If this is a option I strongly suggest that you look elex where No one has taken responsibility just passing the buck placing blame on the next person
Do not use this service-Period. Brought my mother home to begin service & hospice had date & time of arrival. Only received bed & table but no other supplies were delivered,, no available staff to go over meds or perform an evaluation. No one to help with pain management. If there was a negative number or a zero i would assign it.
Very unprofessional company. Terrible communication and ethically challenged to say the least. One star is too much.

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section. Listings are paid advertising, not recommendations or endorsements. Families review the information and choose professionals for themselves.
