Natalie at Silver spring healthcare has been such an incredible help for me and my grandmother in law, to ensure she gets the best help and if we are ever in need or have questions she is prompt and very easy to work with!
It took me 7 weeks to get approved for 26 hours. I had a provider who tried to apply online and the app wasn't working properly.The provider I had was certified in healthcare.Silver Spring only sent half of the application and said that they sent all of it.They stressed me out with the whole process as well as my provider for a week. I've done had two blackouts and falls breaking several fingers both times and still had to go thru this.I DO Not want anything to do with Silver Spring Health Care.Ill find someone else!
