About Resolutions Hospice Austin

Resolutions Hospice Austin serves Central Texas families with a focus on helping patients and families find resolution, peace, and closure during end-of-life care, recognizing that meaningful goodbyes and completed conversations are essential parts of the hospice journey. The organization's name reflects their commitment to helping families resolve unfinished business, mend relationships, and create closure that enables peaceful transitions. Their team understands that end-of-life care encompasses far more than medical management, working to support families in having important conversations, making amends, and saying meaningful goodbyes. Resolutions emphasizes the importance of emotional and relational healing alongside physical comfort, recognizing that unresolved issues can cause significant distress during end-of-life care. The organization's approach appeals to families who want support in creating meaningful closure and resolution, not just symptom management, during their loved one's final journey.

Choosing Resolutions Hospice was a great decision. The incredible team provided such compassionate care for my grandmother, treating her with dignity and love every step of the way. They also guided and supported my family and me through a very difficult time, offering kindness and understanding when we needed it most. I am profoundly grateful for their help and cannot recommend them highly enough.

We are completely satisfied with the wraparound care our mother received first, in her home; and, now since we moved her to a long term facility close to where my brother and I live. The clinical staff are competent and caring. They are invested in doing whatever they can to ensure the patient and family receive the care and support they need. They have been our advocate at the long term care facility. Our family receives additional support from the social worker and the chaplain. The administrative staff is knowledgeable and have explained and clarified complex benefit information for us. I recommend Reaolutions to anyone who tells me that are in need of hospice care. My family has had experience with other hospice organizations and Resolutions has been the best.

We had Resolutions when my mother passed two years ago and they were great. My dad developed a great relationship with Pastor Danny. When the nursing home suggested hospice, we knew exactly who we wanted. Unfortunately, my dad passed just 2 days after putting him in hospice. The After-care service has been great. They do an excellent job of helping the survivors through all of the things that need to be done after your loved one passes.
