Reflections Hospice of Texas

Reflections assisted me and my sisters with my dad. It was an extremely difficult time but the support from Reflections was amazing. Natasha was a savior. She went above and beyond to support us. From our first exchange with Natasha, we could tell we had someone special. We spoke with Carrie first and she was amazing as well. I would give 10 stars if it let me.

Reflection Hospice is a really amazing agency! They helped me with my mother in 2017 and again this year with my mother-in-law. They were very supportive and explained what to expect. They treated us more like family than someone working with the situation at hand. It felt very personable and helped us through the situation. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone that doesn’t want to feel like a stranger is helping, but ones that are really there for the patient as much as the family.

Unfortunately my Family & I have had to use Reflections 4 times within a 4 year period. FORTUNATELY WE FOUND REFLECTIONS!! IN THE MOST HORRIBLE TIME in a LOVED ONES LIFE we all need to have kind, loving, sensible experienced care givers! That is what Reflections is! They kept us up-to-date on everything we needed! Would come quickly when our loved ones would fall or had major changes in their health!! We just Love all the Staff from Carrie at admissions, James for spiritual guidance and Brittany with her confident way with the patients! When you need assistance don't use Hospice services way far away.....you want to have assistance close to home!
