New Century Hospice - Marble Falls

Shona Wilson is my New Century care giver. From day one she has greeted me with a smile and a hug. Though highly professional she never misses an opportunity to show a deep seated love and compassion for those under her charge. She is truly the best of the best.

My mother was on hospice care with New Century Hospice in Marble Falls, Tx for 7 months until her recent passing. The entire staff made this very difficult season much easier for my mother, me & her caregivers. Everyone from Claudia the Social Worker, Albert the Chaplin and the two nurses Lori Wentz & Carla Foth were so caring & compassionate, especially during mom's last 12 days on comfort care before she passed. They all went above & beyond and treated my mother with such dignity when she was the most venerable. I have received many follow up calls since mom passed from the staff making sure that I was doing ok. This is an Amazing company that I give 5 Stars.

We were nervous about choosing a hospice group, but New Century Hospice exceeded all our expectations. Our main nurse, Melissa, went above and beyond, treating my dad with extraordinary care and love. When my dad asked her to be direct with him, she responded with respect and sincerity. The chaplain, Melissa's husband Gavan, was also wonderful, including our family in his prayers. My dad was a fighter, and the support from the New Century team was invaluable to us. We highly recommend them.❤️
