Vanessa was outstanding—always available to answer questions, responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to working together to achieve the best care possible for our patient. Lucy and Lori were also amazing, attentive to our needs, supportive, and consistently thoughtful in their approach. It was clear that patient comfort and dignity were always their priority. As she cared for my father, she kept me aware of his condition, observations, and changes.
