What Families Are Saying
Most Recent Reviews
Interim HealthCare and Hospice of Temple, TX was wonderful to my dad. Donna, his hospice nurse, cared for him with empathy, compassion and so much patience. She was responsive to texts, phone calls and questions. Donna, thank you for sharing your gift with us at a very difficult time.
I give a 5 ★ only for a certain nurse Amber. The care she provided the 1st time I met her was genuine. She took time to listen to my needs and was very knowledgeable with my questions and concerns. She's gentle with me and very passionate. Because of Amber, I continue the care with Interim! She's the best!! Addition to why I changed my 5 star to a 1. I received a call from Jennifer to inform me of her arrival to visit with me. I asked where my original nurse Amber was. She stated to me she went PRN and wouldn't be seeing me again. I stated back to Jennifer that I would drop them if Amber was not able to be my nurse. Jennifer response was OK, and the call ended. She gave me no hope or was concerned to find a solution to make a patient feel comfortable. This call just made me feel they have no care in the world. Its just a paycheck to her. Thanks for NOTHING!
My Uncle was under their care. They did not insert the catheter into him properly & it caused a horrible infection. I do not recommend this company at all for anyone or a dog.
