Living Hope Hospice Dallas

We had an event scheduled with Living Hope Hospice at our senior community in Dallas with agent Kimberly. The event was scheduled for 1:00 p.m., and when no one arrived, we contacted her at approximately 1:30 p.m. to check if everything was okay and confirm whether the event was still taking place. Kimberly stated that she had forgotten about the event. She mentioned that she had thought about us earlier that morning but became busy with a client and was unable to attend. Our biggest concern was that we had approximately 18 senior residents waiting for the scheduled event. Unfortunately, we did not receive a courtesy call or any notification beforehand letting us know that she would not be able to attend. We completely understand that unexpected situations and busy schedules can happen, but we feel that a simple phone call or message would have been appropriate and would have allowed us to notify our residents in advance. We hope that in the future, better communication and consideration will be given when scheduling events with senior communities and their residents.
