I can’t say enough about the caring, loving, professional skills the Kindful care team that took care of my sister displayed. Nurse Z, Zulema is truly a living angel. She radiates empathy and compassion. Kathleeen, the social worker, provided not only emotional support but also practical knowledge of resources I would need. Chaplain Mel gave critical spiritual support to ease her mind during her final days. There are so many others who provided the total package of support we needed during a highly emotional time. A simple thank you does not come close to the gratitude my family has for you all

Going through my mom's Alzheimer's disease has been so hard, specifically finding the right facility and balancing her medications. Trying to make the correct decisions for your loved has so many ups and downs, the guilt you feel with all the downs is heartbreaking! But one of the ups was our introduction to Kindful Health. From the beginning, they have welcomed my mom (even with her language barrier and all of her challenges with his disease). To all the RNs, CNAs and staff, thank you, but especially Dr. Kathleen Shelby. You have been my rock, someone who I can call and discuss anything without ever feeling judged. Not sure what I have done without your support and guidance, so I am forever grateful to you!

From day one, the staff at Kindful were passionate and thoughtful about the care for our mother in the last months of her life. We felt they were a part of our family and were grateful to have them assist us throughout the difficult process of dementia and decline. From the chaplain John to Tracy the nurse to Kathleen, we were in good hands and would highly encourage others to share your loved ones with them at this life stage.
