Everyone here was so helpful and caring. Truly amazing staff. Whatever my grandfather needed they made sure he got it. They made him as comfortable as possible and were always available day or night.
I wholeheartedly wish that we had read the reviews on this non compassionate, unprofessional organization. The support that they speak about in the beginning, is not given, and when you call with a serious concern, they do not show up. It’s horrendous! They do not take accountability and try to blame the family for their lack of service. The Pecos County Home Hospice program came in and did an amazing job at keeping my mother comfortable and did what Interim was incapable of doing…to have genuine compassion for the patient and the family during the most difficult time of our lives.
Best company I have ever signed up for, for my loved ones! My grandmother and now mother have a wonderful caregiver. These people really do make sure you are in proper hands
