Hospice Sunset

Hospice Sunset is a local nonprofit hospice service dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care in Clifton, Texas, and surrounding areas within Bosque County. Established in 2007 as part of Lutheran Sunset Ministries, it aims to support patients and their families through the challenges of terminal illness. The service is designed to offer comprehensive care that addresses physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Interdisciplinary Team: Hospice Sunset features a multidisciplinary team comprised of physicians, nurses, social workers, home health aides, bereavement counselors, chaplains, and trained volunteers. This diverse group collaborates to ensure holistic care tailored to the individual needs of each patient and their family.
