Hospice Care Team - Texas City

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire hospice care team for the exceptional care and compassion they provided during such a difficult time. A special thank you to Chaplain Rose, who has continued to check in on me and pray for me since the passing of my mother. Her kindness, support, and genuine compassion have meant more to me than words can express. I am truly grateful for the comfort and peace she has brought during my time of grief. Thank you all for the incredible work you do.

We are so grateful for all the staff from Hospice Care Team. The care they provided my grandmother was excellent. We want to express our most sincere gratitude to Chaplin Rose who stood with us as we said our goodbyes when grandma took her walk with the Lord. Chaplin Rose thank you for your prayers and words of encouragement during such a difficult time, may the Lord bless you and continue to use you!

Was very impressed. If only the hospitals worked as quickly and efficiently as the Hospice Care Team I'm sure there would be less hospice patients. The transport to the home was seamless. The equipment and medication arrived the same day (within hours) several nurses arrived and had my father settled in and everyone was available 24/7 if needed. There was no question that whatever we needed was available quickly and without a hassle. These things are important during such a stressful and confusing time. Thank you.
