What Families Are Saying
Most Recent Reviews
It is with great pleasure that I recommend Hospice 365! Their wonderful team cared for my 96 year old Mom during her last months. Our nurse, Susanna was the most loving, compassionate and sweet nurse! She always lit up the room with her positive energy and bright smile. My Mom loved her and always wanted to know when she could visit again. Susanna kept me calm and focused too as we traveled through Mom’s journey. She became family. Whenever we needed new meds, additional supplies or equipment Hospice 365 took care of it right away. When Mom passed they treated her and our family with compassion, kindness and grace. I recommend without reservation Hospice 365!!
SYSTEMIC NEGLECT, RETALIATION, AND REPEATED PATIENT TRAUMA I am writing this review to warn other families. This hospice agency put my husband through severe physical trauma, actively denied him basic care, and violated his legal Medicare rights. 1. Aides Allowed to Deny Basic Care The aides rule this company, and they are permitted to deny basic care to patients with the full backing of management. We provided the best external electrical catheter on the market for my husband. The aides completely refused to learn how to clean and apply it, despite the process being incredibly simple. When I pushed back, the medical director actually got on the aide's cell phone speakerphone and formally approved the aide’s refusal to provide this basic care. 2. Catheter Trauma and Life-Threatening Infections Because the staff refused to use the external catheter, they forced an invasive internal Foley catheter instead. The nurse who inserted it caused severe physical trauma right from the start. My husband almost died from the resulting infection and had to be rushed to the Emergency Room THREE times. This persistent infection lasted three months and required us to independently bring in a private urologist to save his life and resolve the issue. 3. Wrongful Denial of Physical Therapy My husband badly needed physical therapy from the beginning to manage a severe arm contracture (likely from an unconfirmed stroke). This agency flatly refused, falsely telling me they "don't provide physical therapy because he is supposed to be dying" and that "no improvement is allowed, only comfort." This is factually and legally incorrect under Medicare hospice guidelines, which absolutely cover physical therapy for pain management, positioning, and contracture comfort. They weaponized the "comfort care" label to withhold services. 4. Retaliatory Discharge For three months, they managed to keep me calm. However, the moment I finally realized how they operate and started demanding a specialist to address the severe trauma and infections they caused, they immediately and wrongfully discharged him from their service. I have filed a formal complaint with the government. If we had not intervened with an outside specialist, this would have been a guaranteed lawsuit. Avoid this agency at all costs if you want your loved one treated safely.
I have worked with 3 other hospice companies and Hospice365 has surpassed them all. Every person on this team has been nothing but compassionate, helpful, on task, understanding, helping off hours. I cannot find the words to express my eternal gratitude for everything they have done to help me and my family in every aspect in dealing with the hardest time in our lives. Hats off to Kristi, Ashley, Monica and Theresa for all they have done.

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section. Listings are paid advertising, not recommendations or endorsements. Families review the information and choose professionals for themselves.
